Terms e cancellation policy

• If the customer cancel the reservation within 5 days from the date of the arrival is due the whole amount of the rent, substracting possible commission.
• Your Credit Card Details are only required to guarantee your booking up to your arrival at the hotel and your card will not be charged. Every booked room which is not cancelled in time, will be billed at a cost equivalent to the rate of the first night by the Principe.

Check-In and Check-Out

• The Check in is after 12.00 p.m. and within 10.00 p.m. in case of lateness customers must call in advance or send us an e-mail that say when you arrive.
• The Check Out is expected for 10.00 a.m..
